About Me

I've lived in the Port Charlotte/North Port area since 1991. (Originally from Ohio) I'm officially a transplant, and couldn't imagine living any place else. Previous to Real Estate; I worked in the banking world for around 15 years. I opened accounts, helped with retirement planning (I had my series 6 & 63 license) and also did consumer loans and HELOCs. A hobby of mine is flipping houses. (I have flipped at least 8 so far. I love transforming homes... and I love helping my buyers look past certain things to get their own sweat equity. I am very analytical when it comes to helping buyers...especially with their mortgage payments... Flood zones, homeowner's insurance and types of construction are big factors in Florida that will affect your monthly payment. My daughter graduated from USF with a finance degree and joined me in 2020. There's always 2 of us to help assist with whatever is needed. We work approximately 50% buyers/ 50% sellers. When it comes to listings, we use professional photography and drone photos when needed. We love where we live, we love what we do! We know all the neighborhoods, attractions, restaurants, boating, etc. We primarily cover Punta Gorda to Sarasota.
